Leslie Brothers

Leslie Brothers has over 10 years of experience working in the public sector in roles that span program management to procurement and contract management. Prior to joining Indiana PTAC, Leslie served as the Contracts Manager at the University of Indianapolis and as the Senior Account Manager for the Procurement Division of the Indiana Department of Administration (IDOA). At IDOA, which is responsible for administering the State of Indiana’s purchasing and procurement functions, Leslie developed and led numerous Request for Proposals (RFP) processes, facilitated proposal evaluations, and negotiated contracts for awarded state projects. Leslie’s passion for procurement and problem-solving brought her to her current role at Indiana PTAC, where she serves as Operations Director.  She holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Franklin College in Franklin, Indiana.
